This space must be reserved through the City's Department of Parks, Recreation & Youth Programs. The number is 315.473.4330. Your photographer may be willing to obtain the permit for you, discuss when planning. |

| Other Notes: | | Franklin Square is very popular and while a Permit should be obtained, most photographers and wedding parties work around each other with no problems. Having the permit will ensure you get in and out efficiently. The park is available for ceremonies as well. |
